PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay your order with one of the following payment methods:

Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay. Credit card payments will be made through Stripe services.

Paytrail: Products/services and applied delivery costs will be paid together with the order. We accept the following payment methods: Finnish “verkkopankki” services (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, POP Pankki, Säästöpankit, Oma Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken), credit and debit cards. Payments will be handled by Paytrail Oyj.

DELIVERY

We will send out the orders from our warehouse usually within 24 hours of the order. PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR CLOTHING LINE IS MADE USING PRINT TO ORDER METHOD BY OUR PARTNER IN THE E.U. THEY SEND OUT THE ORDERS WITHIN 2-6 DAYS FROM THE ORDER, DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.

Delivery options vary depending on the order size and destination country.

DELIVERY TIMES

FINLAND: Delivery time to Finland is around 2-6 working days.

European Union: Delivery time to the E.U. is around 2-6 working days.

REST OF THE WORLD: Delivery time to countries outside of Europe is 3-6 days.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OUR CLOTHING LINE IS MADE USING PRINT TO ORDER METHOD BY OUR PARTNER, AND ALL CLOTHING ORDERS CAN TAKE A LITTLE LONGER TO ARRIVE DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE PRINTING METHOD. ALL CLOTHING LINE ORDERS ARE USUALLY SENT OUT WITHIN 2-6 DAYS OF THE ORDER.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery fees vary depending on the size of the order, country of destination, and chosen delivery method. You will see the delivery fees on the Checkout page or Shopping Cart view, if you type in your country of destination, as well as your postal code.

Delivery fees include the general Finnish VAT 25,5%.

Customers who order products outside of the EU will be responsible for the possible taxes and customs fees.

CANCELLATIONS

We may cancel your order, or parts of it, if our warehouse does not have enough products to fulfil your order, or we do not deliver orders to your country of destination. If your order is cancelled, we will notify you by email, and will refund your money as soon as possible.

We are not obliged to offer additional compensations for the cancelled products or orders.

LEGAL MATTERS

KOTA2® and Feel The Nature Inside® are trademarks in the E.U., and the owner, Kota2 Ltd is based in Helsinki. Therefore, the Finnish legal system and laws are being applied to these Terms. All disputes, that cannot be solved with mutual understanding between the seller and customer, will be solved by the District Court of Helsinki.
